Depends on the needs of each particular business of course. We have clients ranging from around £250 to £12,000.

For a small, one-person, business, not VAT registered, not employing others and completing a basic set of records, around £250 to £300 is not untypical. If we are doing your bookkeeping, your VAT returns, running a payroll for you, or providing other services the costs increase accordingly. For larger businesses, for Limited Companies, or complex tax issues costs are inevitably more.

We will meet with you - no fee for an introductory meeting - and we will always offer you a quote based on our discussions.

Clearly the more work we do  the higher the charges will be, the extra time you spend on bookkeeping the lower our charges will be. However using our services will give you more time to develop your business and more time to increase your turnover by taking on more work, doing what you do best.

Other costs / services?

We provide a fee-protection insurance against Inland Revenue investigations. For a relatively modest annual sum you can insure with us to protect yourself agianst the cost of our fees in dealing with enquiries from the Revenue. Such enquiries can run to £000s, so this can provide peace of mind.

We form companies for clients. A one-stop service producing a complete, up to date, registered Company in the name of your choice delivered within 24 - 48 hours for a fixed fee of £150 plus VAT; a fee recently reduced now that we have the most up to date software for formation - passing on our savings to our clients.
