| HM Revenue and Customs is determined to obtain more tax from taxpayers by use of targeted investigations. From April 2009 they will have an extended range of powers. We assist our clients in preparing for such enquiries, we work with them throughout the enquiry and we help in negotiating settlements where necessary at the end of the enquiry. If meetings with HMRC need to be held we will attend and represent our clients. |
